I have been in a consultative sales capacity for over 9 years dealing mainly in the Telecommunications industry. Early on in this business you were relied on for your expertise in hearing what the customer needed and supplying the best solution. This entailed dealing with all phases of the purchasing cycle and interfacing with all levels of the industry.
If anyone has kept up with Technology stocks you are very familiar that this market changed dramatically over the last four years. It became a commodity market where I could not utilize my skills to do what I liked best, finding the right solutions for my customers.
I struggled with the decision to leave an industry where I developed so many close relationships and valued satisfied clients, however after much thought and discussion with the very people I helped over the years they felt I would be able to utilize my skills best in Real Estate.
I plunged into real estate after completing the state required classes teaching advanced real estate business skills with a consultative approach to real estate sales by encouraging sales associates to exceed client needs and expectations.
I have earned a great deal of knowledge working with Trophy Realtors, they are like a family and continue to advance me with training at all levels. I have developed relationships with several loan officers and that will work with a potential client regardless of the financial situation.
I still believe that the client comes first. My motto is to listen to the client and find the best solution for the situation presented if it be purchasing your new home or selling your existing home.
